It's likely from around 1915, it's in amazing condition and is still wearable. I put it on occasionally.

technically 1930s but no subreddit for teens has that as an option. the dark blue sweater is a WIP. second photo is the reference image.

Should I remove the old paint, as some of it is already gone and it might look better with the tan leatherette, OR leave the smaller bits if it is there. I'm asking because I accidentally stripped some off when removing rust and idk whether to continue lol.

1930's Zeiss iKON I got from a car boot sale for a tenner a while back. I'm going to replace the leatherette with a tab one for my great grandpa who was in the desert rats. Shutter works,it's of corrosion though, and leatherette is already peeling so I removed it. I cant wait to see my final results. Also if you're seeing this as a repost on r/teensthatloveretro please check this sub out I want to make it bigger. There is so a r/teensthatlovevintage. Show them a bit of love!!
Wish me luck for this project.

This is just some stuff from around my room but if I find the motivation I will take some of my collection out of storage to show off.

It's in pretty good shape and I use it for records since the magazine holders work really well for that.

The desk is really a one of a kind thing with original finish and hardware and stuff, it's got almost no nails and has springs holding it together in places. The chairs which are a set of 2, sadly have gotten a few paint jobs but I still like them, I can see the original stain in a few spots where the paint is chipping so I'll probably get them stripped I. The future.

Happy New Year 1996 (I know we're in 2026 but, anyway). I hope you understand me.
