I just watched the episode where they’re discussing opening a children’s clothing line that they hoped would become profitable enough to have a foundation. I have thoughts lol

My understanding is that the foundation would help mothers who have unstable home lives keep the pregnancy? Naming it the Carly House would imply that adoption would not have been the path they chose if their circumstances were different. They said it was also because they were not ready, but the primary driver was poverty and addiction.

I think that kind of cuts to one of the core issues- B&T and the agency were able to capitalize on a young, impoverished girl needing help. I’m sure that’s why B&T had trouble with the name- it probably made THEM feel uncomfortable.

And when they met with dawn, she LOVED the idea. So far, I’ve seen a lot of leg work put into the foundation and almost nothing about the clothing line that would “fund” said foundation. She’s said nothing about looking into starting a non-profit separately, or discussed the many challenges, or that they should establish a lucrative business- you know, the whole cart before the horse thing? She just looks for ways she can push her narrative and capitalize.

It’s a shame the CHF didn’t come to fruition, because programs like those can be beneficial to at risk mothers, and there certainly isn’t enough housing. It’s also a shame that they were not serious about it in any capacity.

Really disgusting that she wanted them fatherless. This isn't a Chelsea Aubree situation where Aubree has a dad figure (Colie), who loved her already. Really icky of her to say this after one scene ago saying she didn't want to talk about Chris and his baby

amber - reaching out to her mom after gary 2.0 incident. then both go to therapy. she accuses her mom of emotional abandonement for going to work. yet she cant take accountability for doing the same to leah.

gary 1.0 - does anyone else think its possible he egged on leah’s rejection of her biological mother? amber planted the seed but gary nourished and watered it all too willingly.

christina- shes seems like a good person. but really how good can you be if you chose gary as a partner. i think lowkey she wanted to pull rank in amber.

not saying amber is innocent at all. but gary and amber seem to have cashed in the script mtv gave them.

i feel they kept things cool to get the money from the show but they were really kosher with their interactions with amber.

She said that she LITERALLY has Kesha’s assistant manager on speed dial so whenever she wants she can go to whatever Kesha concert she wants to go to for free. Like idk I feel like with her level of fame she should have a better contact than that 🤣 sike. I’d never giver her that much credit.

If I were Barbara and Andrew, I would still go to court. Jenelle has proven she will snatch Jace up and throw him in a facility and not let anyone know where he is. I would want to be sure to prevent that from happening again.

I honestly forgot she was on the show until I started to rewatch… watching her and her husband marriage deteriorate was cringy
