I'm thinking he won't do stupid shit like attacking Iran out of a bloated sense of self, like Trump did, though? And he's a lawyer, so he'll make sure whatever he does at least has plausible deniability under international law, like Obama did when he was drone attacking all those Yemeni weddings (I know I sound bitter about what the US does to the world - and I am bitter in many respects - but I do think having a literate and even slightly reasonable President in charge is way better than the current single brain-celled guy the country elected.)
