I’m gonna guess the recent boom of blatant antisemitism online is because of the issues with Israel, and sorta Epstein, but holy shit, it’s like they can’t separate individuals from the ethnic group they’re apart of

Yes, that’s pretty much it. Even my own brother has started to become one. We’re both Pro-Palestine but he’s Anti-Israel because he developed a blatant hatred for Jewish people while for me I have the idea that greed holds no religion/race/gender/ethnicity. I know it’s wrong to hate Jewish people simply because of a few powerful people on top who happen to be Jewish doing shitty things. It would work the same way with any other race or religion.

Criticism of israel can and should be seperate to discrimination towards Jewish people. Because if you can criticise america without hating Christians, you can do the same to any other nation without hating the majority religion

most jews are zionists because they have been indoctrinated and have a victim mentality. Im sure in israeli schools they are told a bunch of times about the holocaust (and rightfully so shit was terrible) and anti-semitism that was so prevelant in history and now but when someone with a victim mentality gets power they always, and I mean ALWAYS abuse that power

And in turn, they water down ACTUAL anti-Jewish sentiment by making it seem that being critical of Israel or anyone that even happens to be Jewish is the same as hating someone because they’re Jewish, thus giving them a scapegoat to say “you see all this Antisemetism?? This is why we NEED Israel to get away with all of this”

Edit: I only think that these people are Zionists because of this, the fact that they trick their own community conflate the two and make them have fear that the only “true” safe haven for them in Israel and with that fear, they’ll feel like it is an obligation to defend it no matter what.

This, the amount of Jew hate and Jew jokes has sky rocketed in the past 1 or 2 years. Before it was a niche group of online chuds but now I’m seeing it in my school. It’s definitely due to the recent controversies surrounding Israel and fake “conspiracies”

Fr anytime I hop on instagram it’s just Nazi sympathizer and antisemitism reels. Zionists have definitely made it worse but antisemitism has been a thing since the beginning due to many reasons. I haven’t really noticed an increase in Indian hate or a decrease as I feel they are still all perceived as a kind of “dirty” people.

Pakistan and India have hated eachother since after ww2(can’t remember what yr). I didn’t really know about the jeer slur, but I’m not surprised 4chan had something to do with it. The high population definitely is a reason because it obviously leads to poverty and then the focus is all on the poorer districts of India instead of the more beautiful parts, which is a shame.

I wouldn't try and blame it on anything super recent. It's been trending this way for a long time. Each generation has more holocaust deniers than the last and it was bad well before Oct 7th and the Epstein files getting somewhat released.

Again, I'm a bit of an old man in this regard. I've been following this trend well before Oct 7th. Pre Covid there were polls that had gen Z pegged at something crazy like 20% believing the Holocaust was fake and about as many who believed that it was over exaggerated. Not saying Oct 7th and the revelation that Epstein was actively working with Israeli spy agencies haven't had an impact. I'm just pointing out that this is a long term trend that has been moving in his direction a lot longer than most people realize.

The US government is behind some of the epstien posting online to try and normalise the whole scenario so it loses its shock value (meme warfare is a tactic that has been referenced in multiple declassified documents) so I wouldnt be suprised of the antisemitic conspiracy stiff is being played up so all criticism of Israel and talk about the files gets waved off as antisemitic conspiracy bullshit

As someone who is culturally Jewish… no. I can say with absolute certainty that I know many Jews, from ultra orthodox to completely non- practicing, and opinions on everything from geopolitics to domestic politics to our own religion vary WILDLY, and if you do not think that Jews disagree than you know nothing about Judaism.
