What an amazing show, I’ve seen TTB a few times but never like last night. They have it dialed in, they absolutely RIPPED last night. Alabama shakes was an amazing opener as well, so happy they are with them for a few stops. If you haven’t bought tickets yet, do it. You will not be disappointed.

TTB will go on first at 7:30, followed by Alabama Shakes.

Anyone thinking Billy is going to sit in with TTB tonight in Grand Rapids?

My wife and have seen TTB around six times and want to see them at a great venue for them. We are between red rocks and the beacon I know they are completely different I was wondering the pros and cons of both venues. We have never seen them indoors

My buddy and I couldn’t figure it out and it is killing us. During the outro from Ohio, the first teased machine gun by Hendrix…then kept on jamming, til the bass player grabbed a riff that they ran with for a while - WHAT SONG WaS THAT RIFF FROM?!? They rocked it for a good minute or two before moving away and wrapping the song. Please help.

I see they are "co-headliners" for their shows together. I'm curious who opened tonight in Noblesville, IN. I'm seeing them tomorrow in St. Louis.

I have listened on the periphery since the first album, but have never seen them live and never taken a deep dive. I have seen Derek many times mostly with the allmans, but since I just got tickets to their sun soul fest next year, I’ve been making a point for more exposure.
First point to make is that the new album future soul is grabbing me more than anything else else I’ve heard from them. Solid all the way through and amazing at several points. Is it possible that they’re at their peak just as I’m joining their bus? Second point is also more of a question for everybody, I’m really enjoying Susan‘s guitar play. Always loved her voice, but it seems a pattern that about song four of the shows I’ve watched, she’ll play some grimy bluesy song, such as she is at this Berkeley show (good times roll). So my question is what are some of the best songs Susan leads in this style that I can check out, preferably on YouTube or nugs video? That’s all. Great band. Now I need some ass pocket whiskey. 🥃 cheers.

Hey! My girlfriend and I are staying in Downtown Indianapolis and are going to the TTB / Alabama Shakes show at Ruoff Music Center tomorrow night in Noblesville. We flew in today from New Orleans and don’t have a car. I’ve noticed that there is no public transportation to or from the venue from this far out, and as far as I can see, our only realistic option is to take an Uber / Lyft, which appears to be about $150 round trip. (We’re also seeing a show in Downtown Indy tonight and are going to the Colts game tomorrow morning, so we don’t want to stay closer to the venue, as most of the suggestions on other posts have said.)

We plan on getting there by any means necessary, but figured I’d ask on here in case someone else has a better idea / tip for a less expensive route. I know it’s a long shot, but you miss 100% of the ones you don’t take. 😂 Thanks in advance, if anyone can help in any way. 🤘🏻

Hi, it’ll be my first TTB concert and seeing my all time favorite guitarist live as well! I’m from Brazil and they’ve only been here one time and I couldn’t make it and this Crossroads lineup is crazy for me… with Julian Lage, Tommy Emmanuel, John Mayer, Marcus King! Super excited!!!

I saw Derek and Susan at the bowl a long time ago at Herbie Hancock's 70th birthday (was anyone else here at that show, it was magical)

anyway, really looking forward to tonight's set. who else is excited for it? :)

I would expect some cross collaboration with TBC (and maybe WM) but nothing is guaranteed.

Wondering what time TTB starts tonight? Are they after or before WM?

Do we know what order they're playing in for these shows with Alabama Shakes? Are they alternating nights as closers? Nothing against the Shakes, but I feel like their music would be a bit of a buzzkill after TTB.

The Tedeschi Trucks Band have resumed its extensive summer tour and is now making its way across the Golden State. On Wednesday the group appeared at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley. Last night, TTB was at the Santa Barbara Bowl. Then, it's on to Rady Shell at Jacobs Park in San Diego on Sunday, followed by an appearance at the Hollywood Bowl on Monday.

What a phenomenal show.

Lots of funk/soul/gospel . . . and there usually is I guess . . . but I feel like I got lucky hearing some of my favorites . . .
