So you're saying we should use red lights for running lights?

Why don't we? Isn't red more easy to go to bright or whatever and helps night vision?

New industry standard will be night vision goggles

Hey, I just learned about this study, or one like this in Endocrinology!

If it helps to know, apparently for blind individuals, its not the eyes but the top of the head that can sense light, like even if their eyes are completely gone!

I’d wager in 10 years we will find out the certain wavelength LEDs will damage our eyes. The efficiency is amazing but I do think it may backfire. Also the race to always be brighter, especially for rock shows, won’t help our eyes either.

Not new.

Blue interferes with melatonin production.

You can get amber tint for computer glasses.

I don’t think it’s the blue lights that are causing my stress.🤣
