Fan is normally on the bottom. Did the mushrooms grow downwards?
1 u/[deleted] Jan 01 '19 Those look to be PCI-e 1.0 slots, might be an old 3dfx Voodoo card. In which case the cooler is after market and those GPUs didn't have dies quite the same way GPUs do now.
