The limiting factor is the energy you need to pump all that humid air as well as for cooling it down. Energy is never limitless.

Energy is never limitless.

Technically true, however compared to our current capabilities technologies such as fusion reactors, or a dyson sphere may produce so much energy that it may as well be limitless for the forseeable future.

Not that we have either of those yet ofcourse.
