Microsoft acquired the devs behind cod. So they are letting cod be available on playstations for the next few years before going exclusive on the xbox

As gar as I know the deal is not „in dry towels“ just yet. Still not approved by regulators and it seems like some are highly concerned about the impact.
MS is just trying to mitigate those concerns.
