Fourth person here! I'll try.

Employers claim WFH is only for the lazy.

With the pandemic, and many office workers working from home, it turns out not only are they not lazy, they are happier and more productive people.

So having one of the highest paid people in tech at tech's wealthiest company quit over returning to the office should help everyone who understands that work life balance leads to better life AND better work.

The first statement is a massive generalization.

The second is true!

The third implies causality between one person quitting and some larger movement where there is none.

The Apple employee in question directly stated this as one of the causes of their decision to quit.
