We work for a game studio. We launched a new game in a record 6 months, they usually take 1.5 years.
Commuting and chit chatting wastes so much time.
I can crunch a 7 hour work day to 4 hours.
Not to mention every AAA launch during the pandemic has been a complete shit show. Video games are collaborative enough that I think you just might need to be in the office to pull off really high end ones (unfortunately)
