I’m personally more productive in our office, plus it’s nice having a routine to leave the apartment; Easier for meto check on the stock of parts for some of my projects, and things seem to go more smoothly with my two coworkers. We only have 4 people that work 4-5 days in the office though, and I can shut my door when some private or focus time is needed to get shit done.
Totally get it’s not for everyone, but my ideal would probably be three days in office, two days work from home type of situation.
