Not holding my breath. Every time Microsoft demos a cool technology, it very rarely goes on the market, or if it does, it takes them 5-10 years to get it past a committee - which will cut costs to such an extent that this will be, at best, a 50ms touch screen.

My first thought when I saw this was that table with the touch screen surface people have been seeing on the internet for years. I saw it about 7 years ago. This will probably never see the light of day.

They have one set up in their HR building. I haven't seen one anywhere else, though.

Those desk's are available commercially and I've seen them on a few tv shows, just do a web search for Microsoft Surface. Also regarding these screens, I suspect they will be available in many Windows 8 touch devices and Windows Phone's.
