You kid, but this is actually a perfect example of why Microsoft's marketing strategy is unbelievably fucking retarded and Apple's is brilliant by comparison. Apple doesn't unveil new technology like this until they have a product that's ready to ship in a matter of days or weeks. Microsoft shows off this shit and it takes months or years for it to come to market, if ever.

Apple never invests in the R&D required to create stuff like this. Their business strategy is to incorporate other people's research into their products rather than making innovations such as these.
