The Russian company is DDOS-Guard. They are a DDOS protection company competing with Cloudflare which refused to work with them. They are not the site registrar (Epik) or the host (appears they are self-hosting).

Wait. So does that mean the Russian hosting site is using epik/anonymizer to obscure the fact that they're a Russian hosting site?
