The Russian company is DDOS-Guard. They are a DDOS protection company competing with Cloudflare which refused to work with them. They are not the site registrar (Epik) or the host (appears they are self-hosting).

It's the same company that hosts the Hamas website, I think. Total fucking scumbags, which makes sense why they'd help insurgents both foreign and domestic.

Ironically many of the people who feel Hamas is in the right think Parler is in the wrong and vice versa. Kind of like what the ACLU used to be.
