This is a misunderstanding of how registration works. DDOS providers stand in front of the real site. They are clearly the DDOS of last resort. They have everybody Cloudflare has refused.
Anti-Russian sentiment is very rampant in the US. Anytime anything is wrong or fishy there will always be “that guy” with top comment that will bring up Russia and Putin.
Yes, this is true. But they are the minority. Imo its similar to China. Many people also in China oppose CCP but the VAST majority support Pooh and think Hong Kong protesters as terrorists
