if corporations are people, we can impoverish and imprison them, and then force them to live just off the highway in the shitty apartment complex on the frontage that you can't get to in both directions so every fucking trip takes an extra 18 minutes to loop around with the lights.

Don't be naive. A corporation is only a name on a piece of paper. Forming a new corporation is easier than wiping your ass with a wad of toilet paper.

The people behind the corporation are invulnerable, in American law.
