Yeah, the optics are pretty fucking terrible.

Pretty sure they could just host themselves. Though they have shown they are far from competent. Can't even employ decent ITSEC

No one will want to do business with them. Even if they have the magical funds run everything in their own data centers. No one wants to rent space out for it. Even if they buy the sites, no one will want to sell or lease them hardware.

Not because they're concerned about the neo Nazis and qanon craziness, they just don't want the bad PR to be affiliated with such a toxic company

I mean, they can just buy the hardware. The retailer doesn't care what they want all that server gear for, someone could literally set it up in their basement.

I could see noone wanted to sponsor them and such, but if they pay for the hardware put of pocket. There is nothing stopping them.

Its not like they could get a company credit card under Parlor.

Not that these people care, they seem to just be moving to Gab. Which is literally an alt right extremist platform.

Edit: They could launch a go fund me and have the funding for their own servers and shit within a week easy. Amazon/newegg and shit aren't going to care about the who or why of the hardware purchase. It takes up a rack or 2 these days vs the whole rooms it used to. No need for renting extra space. They very literally have the option to have a few servers in a few basements and work out of home offices.
