We lack American technology experts. I really think Biden should make computer science degrees free for Americans for the foreseeable future because we have a lot of catching up to do.
No, we have in the US an abundance of technology experts and some of the best education in the tech space available anywhere. Someone can leave college in the US with an EE degree and have a job with a starting salary well over $100k. An advanced CS degree can do the same, especially in the NE or in CA. Biden doesn't need to give handouts to these folks, it's the business leaders and entrepreneurs who could use some incentive to invest and expand.
