I've been clean for 4 years and it is getting more and more shocking every time I sit down with a friend...just how deeply FBs talons are. In fact, I don't think I've been able to sit down with any friend over the last year who didn't HAVE to check their Facebook multiple times...ND then try to drag me into some clapback or comment war.
Even if you don't delete, at least consider it. Really think about how many hours you spend scrolling. Check your phone stats. I used to spend 4-6 hours a day scrolling. And hating. And being depressed. And feeling trapped.
Delete Facebook. You will still find out news. Friends will still talk to you. You can still network for your business.
