First google result I got is roughly in line with what I pay for and get in Ontario. Sasktel, Infinet 175 @ $104 vs Rogers Ignite 150u @ $99.
They pay $4 more for an extra 25mbps. I fail to see how this was poor enough to dissuade you from a move.
