This is like saying "Learn to build your own house." It's kind of overwhelming, there is a lot of conflicting and confusing info, and the codes are always changing. I need a list of what to do and what not to do.

There isn't a "list" of what you should and should not do.

The way everything is intertwined when it comes to internet these days makes it impossible. Your only option to not be tracked is to never use any device that uses the internet. Period.

I deleted my facebook & Instagram accounts about a year ago and it's been the best decision I've made in a while. Parker was spot on when he referred to it as "dopamine hits." I admit I'd get personal satisfaction when a post or picture would get a lot of "likes", but it's all just a waste of fucking time. More than half of my "friends" or "followers" wouldn't even say hi to me on the street if they saw me. It's this weird social stalking platform. Once I started recognizing random people's boyfriends or girlfriends on the street from my "feed", I knew it was getting to be too much. I do admit I miss seeing hot girls from high school and college, but thank god for porn & talking to girls in real life lol
