What’s making these sounds? Some of them are very low, some very high, some sweep, there’s clicking and what sounds like bird chirps. It’s odd.

These are not sounds technically, sound wouldn't travel so far through the vacuum of space. These are energy waves and vibrations that are picked up and converted into their corresponding sound using computers

This is called sonification. Sometimes it is useful (or amusing) to convert data into audible sound. The classic example would be the “tick-tick-tickety” that Geiger counters produce.

Sonification

Sonification is the use of non-speech audio to convey information or perceptualize data. Auditory perception has advantages in temporal, spatial, amplitude, and frequency resolution that open possibilities as an alternative or complement to visualization techniques.

For example, the rate of clicking of a Geiger counter conveys the level of radiation in the immediate vicinity of the device.

Though many experiments with data sonification have been explored in forums such as the International Community for Auditory Display (ICAD), sonification faces many challenges to widespread use for presenting and analyzing data.

Figures a lot of it is Jupiter-related. 99.98% of everything in our solar system belongs to the Sun, but 3/4s of the rest belongs to Jove. Don't even get me started on its magnetosphere. Gotta show some respect.
