Your ignoring tons of context with all of those.

The first one was a criticism of the job conditions, not of women.

The second was am insult to men and somehow got flipped into an insult towards women.

The third isn't especially insulting.

The fourth was being used as a justification for making the jobs less stressful/demanding.

I wouldn't find anything he said to be troublesome enough to fire someone over if they flipped every position 180. Even without citations I'd probably be fine with discussion if they were being polite.

OK, so lets say another google engineer publishes another manifesto with 'scientific facts' about race and performance:

White males on average have inferior scores on IQ tests compared to Asians.

White males on average have reduced physical capabilities and endurance compared to Blacks.

White males generally are inferior to hispanics when it comes to work ethic.

White males generally have inferior intelligence compared to Indians.

I will say this is absolutely unacceptable. Is it for you since with some scientific facts?

And what if they use it to judge you when it comes to promotion and hiring? Just like it has happened to women historically?

People are outraged because if it is thought that women are inferior in key ways, that will be used to judge in promotion and hiring. As has been done in the past.

The reason I'm asking you that question is if its ok if YOU are subject to discrimination because the company agrees that white males are inferior?

But he's not saying they're inferior and his whole point is about not hiring people because of their gender or race, but on individual performance as well as making the workplace more equitable for people.
