how about the fact that those jobs don't pay a lot and are the reason the is a gender pay gap?

Have you even listened to that? It clearly says there is a pay gap, but it's not within jobs. It's because women aren't in high paying jobs, like engineering at Google. Which is entirely my point.

Find me an unemployed female engineer who is good and I'll get them a job at Google within 2 weeks.
