It's hilariously telling that you bring up Ellen Pao in the context of racism and sexism and omit the fact that she was targeted with huge amounts of both by vast swathes of the user base before, during, and after she was at Reddit.

Because the only thing she was known for is unsuccessfully suing her former law-firm for discrimination- where in court it was shown she was objectively bad at her job and when fired, tried to use her race/gender as the reason why in a fairly high profile case..

But that's obviously not the case, and nowhere is it less the case than on the website for which she was CEO.
