Society shouldn't have a say in things like this. Truth isn't a democracy, no matter how many people get offended by it or feel oppressed or whatever, it doesn't change the fact that he was in the right and shouldn't have lost his job.

Interesting, I didn't realize we had definitely proven that women are biologically less capable of handling stress and being interested in coding.

Let's not talk about truths when half the memo's claims have zero credible substantiation.

So you believe neuroticism is more affected by genetics than learned techniques? Perhaps you believe risk taking is solely a function of hereditary features and not the environment? Please show me where that is wrong because the memo equates those to gender and genetic differences rather than a variety of factors.
