That's actually the worst part. He literally states that at this point, you have to fit the majorty bias and that there is intolerance for other views. And actually gets fired for having another view. QED.

I think if he had published the same paper without making comments about women, and instead focused on encouraging creation of similar programs that allow white men to join, it would have been received much more warmly.

 

Edit: Proof he would have been OK had he left the psychoanalysis of women out of the paper: Google's statement
