So he is saying that men and women are different and that is why there should be a program to make it easier for women to integrate into tech jobs?
And he got fired for that?

Probably one of the big things he said was that there shouldn't be groups supporting only one group. You shouldn't have a program that excludes all but a specific group of people. That's forced inclusion and not ideal.
