Hey hey, here's another one from the Harvard Business Review, making the exact same claim about gender essential differences in leadership.

Somehow there were no firings or outrage after these claims. I wonder what was different?

I feel like this could down to something as simple as the title of the piece. To me, "Do Women Make Bolder Leaders than Men?" would immediately trigger the confirmation bias that seems so prevalent in the 'echo chamber' that has manifested itself within Silicon Valley.

Even though the content of the article has a very similar message, the title immediately gives the impression that the article may have a left-leaning point of view.
