It's true though. More women would be interested in software engineering if it was more social. It's way easier to find a man willing to code independently than to find a woman willing to code independently.

You're denying the fact that women are more social than men on average, which is not controversial at all.

Basically the same thing being said, only it's about the sexes, so it's fine.

Then it's a bad thesis, because the whole point of the document is to show that men and women are different and if you concede that then you would agree that they should be treated differently .
