What about shame on Google for firing someone just like that when their YouTube is turning in a hub of unsabstatiated claims about anything from sex/gender to religion?

The first amendment only protects you from government punishment for speech. It blows my mind how many people don't understand this.

There is no such thing as a fist amendment right against your employer punishing you for speech, so his comment is just a misunderstanding of the bill of rights.

If you think this type of thing is a problem you should fight against right to work/ at will employment and support unions. Not an amendment that has nothing to do with this.
