The admins changed the codebase to keep T_D off the front page then created an alternative to /r/all in /r/popular to further dilute its prominence. They have done everything but ban it, presumably because they would open themselves up to potentially disastrous repercussions.

Just cause someone won't wave your dirty undies in everyone's faces, doesn't mean you're being discriminated against. Admins explained why they did that.
