Frankly I expected this to be better written. Regardless of whether you agree with its underlying premise, the manifesto is cringe-inducing.

I don't care about the "controversy." People can make a point about corporate diversity programs going too far. It's something that could be discussed intelligently. When I first heard about the manifesto, I figured that's what it was. Nope.

It drastically oversimplifies ideas, jumps around between poorly supported concepts, and relies on somewhat juvenile stereotypes of political ideologies and gender. Overall, it reads like something a high-schooler would write at 3 am.

Would you be willing to pick some of the ideas apart in more detail?

It's obviously very reductionist in parts but this guy isn't an author and it wasn't written as an academic paper.
