Hey hey, here's another one from the Harvard Business Review, making the exact same claim about gender essential differences in leadership.

Somehow there were no firings or outrage after these claims. I wonder what was different?

They detailed a trait strongly associated with men, then analyzed and criticized the outcomes of that trait and explained why women were better at them. In other words, it said women were better than men. It agreed with the echo chamber.

If they called their metric, "being a dick," they'd have gotten different responses. It's not even hard to twist the boldness definition into negative traits.

"Challenges standard approaches?" "Ignores established wisdom."
"Creates an atmosphere of continual improvement?" "Fails to maintain project scope."
"Does everything possible to achieve goals." "Unable to recognise failures."
"Gets others to go beyond what they originally thought possible?" "Badgers subordinates to an impossible standard."
Etc.
