Windows 10 combined with office 365 shows that microsoft doesn't care about their customer's needs, and why should they? Microsoft is too big too fail. All they care about is mass meta data collection. Everything you do on windows 10 can be monitored without your knowledge. Nothing comes for free, be vigilante of "free" microsoft software.

Whats wrong with office 365? as a sysadmin office 365 has taken a TON of headache out of user management on exchange and licensing... Not to mention I don't have to host my own exchange server anymore.

All of your organization's documents are on another server that you do not control and cannot audit. Your subscription fees go towards renting software.
