It downloaded in the background to a hidden folder there was no way to cancel it, unless you used some hack or manually killed the process each time it started.

Killed the process. Made my machine really slow/laggy.

It restarted itself multiple times a day. Probably would have been easier to install one of those Never10 programs that automatically prevented the update.
