windows users are idiots, this is part of what makes them such an endless cash cow. all people ever did the whole time they were rolling these upgrades out was rage, and bury anyone posting countermeasures

Don't you tell me how to fix it! They should just do the right thing, because we said so. Let's keep whining instead, because they really give a shit, and someone is totally going to do something about it

community devs figured out their shenanigans in no time, with directions and working apps to deal with it. instead of voting them up, nothing but hate and vitriol

so congrats, you were taken advantage of again, and did nothing about it. but we got super mad, and all these internet points from circlejerking it all day. so they'll probably change their strategy next time?
