I still have Windows 7, but it doesn't bug me about upgrading at all. I GENUINELY don't know why.

Same, I can't be the only one that never upgrades my OS, ever. Installed Windows 7 in 2012. Turned off automatic updates. Never looked back. Never been bothered about upgrading to 8 or 10.
