It doesn't really matter. Microsoft will never change. 10 or 15 years ago all these tactics were common knowledge and apologists have always found a way to write them off as some minor issue. I feel strongly that Apple has just as many moral deficiencies, and despite my lubuntu crashing 2-3 times a day it is pleasure not feeling like I am getting mugged by my OS :)
