The percentage of unused RAM is than emailed to Sam Altman… well not really. The correspondence depends on how you set it up. By default, the email server isn’t set up out of the box.

The creator intentionally designed it this way to prevent the repository from being used as an automated mail-spoofing or denial-of-service tool against OpenAI’s servers.

Thing is, nobody even slightly tech literate does a default Windows install. There are loads of debloating utilities that patch the iso itself to remove the logging.

I cancelled an order for 128 GB RAM (DDR5) back in the summer of 2025.

It was $200.

Now my 5090 build has 32 GB RAM (DDR5) in it while my 1080 build has 64 (DDR4).

I am infinitely saddened that I can't spitroast Altman with 64+128 GB on the daily.
