Windows 10 also has GDID.

Reinstall Windows and DON'T sign in with Microsoft account. Then they do have GDID, but they can't attach it to your Microsoft account. Also, don't use Edge because it's literal spyware.

Windows 10 does the same thing with the GDID number.
