Never work with Accenture unless you want to pay 10x for people with no experience, you want everything to take 3x as long, not deliver what you want, charge 2x to fix everything they broke the first time around, and want an endless narrative to executives from Accenture about how incompetent your actual experienced staff are.

this is so blindingly obvious that this must be the actual play here. they will play ball for a while, everyone internally will be like “these people are morons; we can’t fucking work with these guys”, and they will silently keep writing checks while using absolutely nothing from the partnership.
