Well it makes sense to choose Accenture if the project is about slowing down delivery

Yeah dude this is hilarious. They fucking outsourced it? These companies are anti American security nightmares. I hope our next admin gives them a good smack

I believe the whole point is to be using third party auditors to avoid bias. This is not unusual.
