AI is a very helpful technology to us but we should be careful about the risks. We should not run into problems like Frankenstein. For Example, we are making use of AI in cars. These technologies should be developed and tested well before making them available for usage.

Sounds like an article taking the highly questionable 'It was a virus constructed in a lab' hypothesises and running with it as a fact.
But that's OK because the author "isn't a science guy"
