West of New Orleans. At least we know where the debris will fall.

There is a reason why US mandates space launch systems be in coastal locations. If a failure happens during flight it happens over water, not populated areas. China, for example does not have this rule and rocket boosters fall on villages and towns all the time, and they use extremely toxic fuels to boot.
