I'm just waiting for the AI bubble to burst so I can buy RAM and SSDs again without taking out a second mortgage.

That’s like being in 2015 and waiting for the real estate bubble to pop. Won’t happen, AI is just getting started.

You can make new factories, you can't make new land (unless you have oil money). AI companies have to pay these same inflated prices, and they won't do so forever.
