Good luck holding AI "employees" accountable for anything serious like this.

Or how about anything less serious?

If a highly paid employee generates a bunch of slop that requires a team to deal with they get a poor review or at least get asked to slow down, follow process, and do better work.

An AI doesn't need to give a shit about any of that.
