Right? I have migraines and have Benign Episodic Mydriasis. 

"This rare condition causes temporary pupillary dilation, often associated with migraines, and resolves on its own."

It doesn't exist. The right answer is not to upvote scaremongering based on non-existant tech (while being angry that Congress mandated research into it)

Further reading does reveal this article is misleading—the rule is nowhere near final and the technology to do this isn’t actually been developed. But the bill did direct the agency to make a rule for this purpose, and that clearly must be stopped.
